Why?

q: Why a new blog? Why not just MySpace it?

a: Different blog, different purpose. Myspace blogs are for surveys, impersonal things. My life has been shifting alot lately, in what feels like a good direction. So, new blog.

q:Why 'itjuststarted'?

a: I've felt for years that my life was 'about to' start, but I feel like it just did. Last week in fact. I've been reading and growing and changing my lifestyle, and I feel like this grotesque pelican has just taken flight.

q: What do you mean by your life has been changing?

a: Well, for example, politically. Before, I was unsure of what I believed in. I thought that I had to be conservative to be a Christian. I'm still socially conservative, rather, traditional regarding my own behaviour. I believe that as a Christian it is my job to seek first the Kingdom of G-d. This means loving people, which is hard. It's easier to love homeless people on the street than it is that jerk at work or that crabby neighbour, but it's my job. Thomas Aquinas stressed faith seeking understanding. I'll go with faith seeking (personal?)policy. A bit clumsy, I know. bear with me.
My lifestyle has been changing. We've been vegans for a while, but now have incorporated juicing and some raw foods. I quit soda (which I never really liked in the first place) and don't need coffee or even tea in the morning.
I've been going for a bike ride everyday with Selah, she loves it!
We use totebags at the grocery store
Buying almost everything organic. Luckily, we can afford this.
